Double ensuite bedroom. Work space and wifi. Small self catering kitchen with small fridge/ freezer, microwave, single radiant hob, kettle, washing machine and toaster. Dishes, cutlery and basics, like cereal, milk, o j, butter, bread, tea and coffee supplied to start you off. Separate access from main house. 30 minute drive to Glasgow and 20 minutes Ayrshire coast. Good rail links. Good local amenities and park/nature trail. Dog friendly. Restaurants within walking distance. Small garden

Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Only 30 minutes from Glasgow and seconds from the ferry to Dunoon & Argyll highlands, you can spot seals & porpoises while you watch the sun set. There's a double bedroom upstairs and comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, free private parking, and we include a wee breakfast as well. There is a seating area in the twin bedroom and fridge/microwave/coffee machine in the hallway. An ideal base for visiting the area or for a stop-over. Grounds are extensive and views are breathtaking. Loch Long shore is at the bottom of the garden and there is a kids play area. Easy access to Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Arrochar Alps, Faslane and Coulport Naval bases.

Open all year. For couples, 2 friends or solo travellers . Dogs are very welcome. I expect to be at the lodge to meet you when you arrive. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. "Elmbrook" studio room Helensburgh

Our self contained studio room was converted from a sound proofed music studio and has been freshly decorated. It is connected to our garage, is separate from our house and has its own entrance and on street parking. Double bed, En Suite, Sitting area ,kitchen and entrance area. We have added a window to the flat after feedback from our guests.
