Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. Private Waterfront Relaxation at Peppermint Cove!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Quiet secluded cove with buoyed off swim area and an abundance of wild life. Boat slip, Lily pad, kayaks and a paddle boat included for use with rental. Life jackets for all sizes. Great fishing, poles provided. Open main floor and plenty of comfortable sleeping. Located at the 48.5 MM. Close to Red Fox, Big Dicks and just a boat ride from many others!

Welcome to our charming 1920s two bedroom and one bath cottage. This cozy and well-maintained space offers a unique glimpse into the past while providing all the modern comforts you need for a comfortable stay. A king, queen and pullout queen beds give you plenty of space for rest. Off street parking for up to three vehicles and a privacy fenced back yard. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our 1920s two bedroom and one bath cottage is a comfortable and nostalgic retreat.

Whether you are here for the State Fair, passing thru on the trail or the highway come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Welcome to our charming boho-inspired Grain Bin Cabin, the Highland is ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 smaller children. Upstairs, you'll find a comfortable king bed in the loft, while downstairs features a cozy futon in the main living space. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The Fisher House is a favorite spot for all of our guests. Dog friendly with some limitations. This is a quiet and clean neighborhood that keeps you close to local attractions. Walnut Grove Retreat

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Well appointed kitchen with open concept dining and living area. Eight miles to Sedalia, the Katy Trail and Missouri State Fairgrounds. Thirty minutes to Whiteman AFB. We welcome up to two dogs.

Come stay at our rustic modern barndo house! We have amazing sunsets and lots of privacy on our farm. The home features 18ft living room/kitchen ceiling, a master suite with large zero entry shower, loft with second bedroom room and bathroom. The loft has pool table and foosball table. The home also has a private 16x36 in-ground pool with deep end.

The Broken Spoke

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
