This sea-facing, top floor studio apartment, with secure parking, is in the heart of Sea Point and only 100m from the beachfront promenade and surrounded by large, old trees. It’s near well known international hotels and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine and a full size integrated fridge. The floor to ceiling clothing cupboards have an extra compartment on the top for luggage storage. Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is secure parking on the premises.
