The apartment has Air Conditioning, super fast uncapped Fibre Wifi and DSTV satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom with king size bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bath and large walk in shower. There is a safe in the bedroom. The living area has sliding doors and a balcony from which you have a stunning view to watch the ships sail in and out of the harbour. There is one secure parking bay within the building. Full access to the large well equipped gym as well as the swimming pool and sun deck. Conferencing facilities, meeting rooms and daily office space are available upon request. The MyCiti bus stop is just outside the Icon building. It will be my pleasure to assist you in anyway I can whilst you stay in our city. I'm a full time Airbnb host so am always available to help out. This apartment is perfectly located for exploring the city. It's a gentle 15-minute stroll to the waterfront, and is at the start of the famous Long Street, which is known for its fine restaurants and bars. The tourist buses and local buses stop right outside the building making getting around a breeze. The Cape Town International Convention Center is but a stone throw away. For exploring wider a field the location is ideal given the close proximity to the main highways in and out of the city. The two main highways in and out of the city (N1 and N2) are right on your doorstep should you be exploring further afield. Fresh milk and water will be in the fridge when you arrive along with a selection of teas and coffee. You can also expect some other little treats on arrival in the form of fresh flowers, wine or champagne and chocolates or biscuits.

Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. The space is uncluttered and practical yet aesthetically very pleasing. It’s close proximity to the Cape Town CBD, Table Mountain and Atlantic Seaboard beaches makes it a good choice. The entire flat is for your use. There is a balcony with comfortable seating. I don’t live on the premises, but I am a phone call away should I be needed. I live a 10 min drive away. Woodstock is one of the oldest suburbs in Cape Town and it features an incredible mix of diversity and cultures. This has led to a fusion of food, fashion, and design across the area's amazing restaurants, art galleries, and boutiques. Most guests use Uber to get around. Some rent a car. There are also the public minibus taxis for an authentic experience. Depending on where you are going you could also walk ...the Woodstock Exchange is one example...

Great balcony for sipping sundowners Guest have their own access and have exclusive use to the garden and pool . Guests are welcomed by me or one of the staff . ... they have as much or as little interaction as suits . We like to make the quests feel as comfortable as possible . An e-mail is sent to the guest prior to their arrival , with my and staff contact numbers , other useful information ...... local groceries stores , restaurant and tour suggestions . The apartment is conveniently located in a suburban residential area of Camps Bay. This hillside neighborhood is quiet and has access to nearby restaurants, bars, the beach, and downtown. Car and taxi are good or quickest . Bus ( my citi bus ) stop is 500 meters away , every 20 minutes . The apartment is cleaned daily , except for Sundays and public holidays , however requests for either can be arranged .
