The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. The Fieldhouse is our lovely little pet-friendly, self-contained, detached annex/guest house located on the grounds of the old Halvergate village school. It has the Norfolk broads and marshes on its door step with the stunning Norfolk beaches, Norwich and Great Yarmouth close by. It is truly a cozy home from home, with a lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with king bed, and bathroom with bath/shower, with parking and outdoor sofa, BBQ and table and chairs in the large garden.

The boat shed is a cosy studio, situated just a minutes stroll from Barton Broad, there is a super king bed that can be adapted to form 2 singles, please request which you prefer when booking, a kitchen area with double oven, hob, fridge washing machine, and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is a table and 2 chairs and a sofa. A large garden, with table and chairs and a bench, also a table tennis table.

The Stables - Broadland, Norfolk

The Stables is a detached self-contained annexe close to the Norfolk Broads National Park. The contemporary space has recently undergone extensive restoration and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The old hayloft upstairs has a king size bed and en suite shower room and the downstairs space has a queen size sofa bed, large TV and wifi. A cot, single bed and high chair are available on request.

Primrose Farm Barn

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Primrose Farm Barn is a detached barn in our garden but also quite separate from us, and set in a very quiet location. Southwold is only a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle away. Lovely countryside walks and cycling routes direct from the Barn. Bike storage is available. You will need a car to get around!
