Herzlich Willkommen in dieser wunderschönen, modernen und stilvoll eingerichteten 3-Zimmerwohnung. Ich würde mich sehr freuen euch in dieser mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnung begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Lage dieser schönen Wohnung bietet sehr schöne Locations in unmittelbarer direkter Umgebung wie z.B. den Stradtstrand Graz. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Als Gastgeberin werde ich von ganzem Herzen bemüht sein euch einen tollen Aufenthalt zu garantieren.

Welcome to one of the most beautiful houses in the region! Quiet, undisturbed location and great ambience! Wonderful views over the beautiful wine-growing area. 4 bedrooms, 60qm living room with a modern kitchen and large dining room. Outdoor pool (8x4m) from the beginning of May to the end of October. 100qm sun terrace with great view guarantees relaxation all year round! Ceiling cooling and controlled living room ventilation ensure a pleasant living and sleeping environment throughout.

La Casita

Das Haus liegt 15 km südwestlich der Stadt Graz. Es sind 5 km zur A2 und 10 Minuten zur A 9 (wo man in Richtung Slowenien/Kroatien oder Richtung Salzburg fahren kann). Das geräumige Haus (130 m2) zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Hanglage mit einer rund 80 m2 großen Terrasse, sowie einer sehr schönen Aussicht aus. Das Haus liegt gut für Durchreisende. Aber auch für Urlaubende ist es überaus interessant. Man erreicht sehr viele Orte der Süd- und Weststeiermark in relativ kurzer Zeit .
