The house is quiet and surrounded by nature, but only a 7 min drive from city center. It consists of a big living room & kitchen, entry and bathroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (with bunk bed for kids, but also usable by adults) and bathroom on 2nd floor. There are also another bedroom with infrared sauna and bathroom in the basement. The best part however, are the garden with terrace, fire pit, trampoline, the balcony and the big roof terrace overlong the hills of Graz.

The own house floor with a separate entrance includes the use of two hectares of meadow - with direct access to the forest. Whether for a break to recharge your batteries, enjoy cuddly togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland region or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Dreamy tiny home

The tiny home is rustic and close to nature, in an enchanting garden. Ideal for a break and digital detox. It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to downtown, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

A special place to experience your free time is provided by our lovingly furnished hut. Enjoy the cozy warmth by the tiled stove and the atmospheric ambience designed for rest and relaxation.
