Contemporary apartment bathed in light and decorated with taste. It is located on the third and top floor of a very quiet luxury residence with secure access (keypad, intercom and badge). The latter is without an elevator but the floors are easily accessible. The view is exceptional, between the unobstructed view towards the town of Granville and the sea view towards the beaches of Donville les Bains. Great brightness in all the rooms. Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.

Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature.
