Nice atypical 22 m² studio, located on the ground floor, not overlooked, offering an entrance with closet, living room with equipped kitchenette, shower room. This studio is partially underground. Private parking space. Small outside. 200 m from all shops of Saint Pair/sea and 50 from the beach. In Granville, we practice water sports, fishing on foot (the biggest tides in Europe) and hiking, we visit the Christian Dior Museum... Mont-St-Michel is under 1 hour.

An eco-friendly nest overlooking the beach and the heart of the city

A privileged place where you will spend a serene vacation above all the activities, like a bird. Restored by us with healthy and environmentally friendly techniques and materials. Very bright with 2 large skylights, one of which offers a beautiful view of Plat Gousset beach, the other of the pedestrian street. Loft of 30 m2, on the 3rd floor by stairs, well arranged with entrance, bathroom, kitchen, table with sea view, bedroom area and small living room.

4 windows facing south, renovated, exceptional views,

South facing apartment in the city center facing the fishing port of Granville, exceptional view, on the 2nd floor without elevator. Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbor which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separable by sliding door which allows to create a night space in addition to the independent bedroom of the kitchen/dining room. We have completely renovated this apartment.

My beach hut

In Saint le Thomas (between Granville and Avranches), closest to the beach with views of Mt St Michel and the Champeaux cliffs Quiet and relaxing location Cabin with everything you need to cook and sleep comfortably (you will find 2 real beds made on arrival / sheets and towels provided) Check-ins are between 4pm and 7pm but we know how to adapt. You can park your car next to the cabin. Nightly rental (except July August 2 nights minimum)

Near the Dior Museum, a Thalassotherapy, all the usual shops. Mont-Saint-Michel is less than an hour away, Granville is less than 2 km away. Water sports, shore fishing (Europe's highest tides) and hiking are practiced. Large dolphin colony.
