Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Clean and nicely furnished 800 sqft cottage + 200 sqft attached year-round sunroom. Yard is fully fenced; front yard has 4ft tall chainlink fencing enclosing 500sqft and backyard has 5ft tall chainlink fencing enclosing 4000sqft.
