A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Explore the local shops of Gimli, Winnipeg Beach and Matlock, just a short drive away. Or enjoy outdoor activities from fishing and boating to hiking and biking through nearby trails.

Located across the road from Lake Winnipeg in Grand Marais. A stay at the lake gets no better than being able to look and enjoy sunsets every night. Just across the road is also access to a quiet public beach/ spit. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.
