Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond, New Hampshire

Lakefront private cottage right on 47 acre Tracy pond. This pond has no public access so it is very quiet with only my home and another Air BnB rental on the 25 acre parcel. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

The Greenhouse Cottage

We feel that the best way to describe our getaway to be “Rustic Elegance”. When you walk through the door you will instantly feel the warmth of a uniquely styled Adirondack cottage. Located nearby to the Acadia Highway (aka Route 1), we are close by to historic Fort Knox, Castine, and Acadia. Enjoy our attached “Greenhouse” which has been made over into a delightful screenhouse/patio, the country setting, blueberry fields, and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Fire pit, horseshoes, more!!!

A unique offering for those who want a true farm experience! A clean, rustic above-barn space. Farm animals live below-Winston the roo may crow (early!) Chadde our pet pig may grunt, chickens will cluck! There is a 2 burner stove, cold water sink seasonally(jugs provided in winter) a dorm fridge, and basic kitchen ware. Tea and coffee provided, veg & eggs for sale The shower is at the main house, and a bucket-style compost toilet is in the apartment. There’s a full bed and a fold out couch.

Our Mini Moose sits on our 75 + acres of beautiful Maine woods. Two miles from the center of the coastal village of Blue Hill. We have had 6 years of successful rentals. Cozy cottage on Graham Lake. Sleeps up to 5 people. But keep in mind the cottage is very small and would be tight for 5 adults. It’s more suited for 2-3 adults, or a small family. Imagine coffee on the deck with a view of the lake. Bring your canoe and fishing pole, or browse the shops and restaurants in downtown Ellsworth. If you like the outdoors, there’s plenty to do. The area is filled with hiking trails and beautiful views. Just 45 minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.
