Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

An apple tree is featured prominently in the foreground, with ripe fruit visible among its branches. Behind it, a wooden structure for firewood is positioned alongside a welcoming wooden door adorned with decorative details. Lush greenery and flowering plants enhance the natural setting.

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, the feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, and a thermal bathhouse. The accommodation is an oasis of tranquility with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common rooms and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and groups (12 - 14 people).
