Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Besucht uns in unserem neu renovierten Ferienhaus auf dem über 1000 m² großen Grundstück mit direkt angrenzendem Bachlauf, überdachtem Balkon und großem Gartenbereich! Das 50 qm große Holzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf erweckt. Unser kleiner Rückzugsort wurde innen und außen grundlegend renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Nehmt euch eine Auszeit und ladet euren Akku bei gemütlichen Abenden am Kaminofen wieder auf :-)

Hallo, wir würden uns freuen, Dich auf unserem Hof begrüßen zu dürfen! Du übernachtest in einem 1-Zimmer-Appartement im Nebengebäude des Haupthauses. Unser Hof ist ein 500-Jahre alter, restaurierter fränkischer Bauernhof (Denkmal). Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft mit eigener Küche und Bad. Unser Hund Zahra wird dich freudig begrüßen, daher wäre es gut, wenn Du Hunde und Pferde magst, denn diese leben auch hier am Hof. Bei Bedarf ist ein Wohnmobil-Stellplatz vorhanden.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Dein Rad kannst Du sicher abstellen und bei Bedarf laden. Dein Auto parkt auf auf deinem eigenen Stellplatz. Wir freuen uns auf Deinen Besuch!

Die FeWo ist im Parterre und verfügt über einen Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, Doppel Kochfeld, Doppelbett (nicht trennbar), Fußbodenheizung, Dusche, Toilette und Handwaschbecken, sowie Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kaffeepadmaschine und Geschirr. Du übernachtest bei einer Winzerfamilie mit Weinstube.

Gönne dir in unserer kleinen Ferienoase direkt am Waldrand ein paar entspannte Tage. Unser 2-Zimmer-Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist nahezu barrierefrei erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein gemütliches 140er Bett sowie bei Bedarf eine ebenso breite ausklappbare Schlafcouch. Das Bad verfügt über eine ebenerdig zugängliche Dusche. Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Waldrand - ideal für entspannte Spaziergänge zur Karlsburg oder Karlstadter Innenstadt.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist nicht groß, aber optimal dafür eingerichtet, um nach einem arbeits- oder erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie über eine Miniterrasse. Oberdürrbach ist ein Stadtteil von Würzburg, liegt 100m über dem Zentrum und ist umgeben von Wiesen und Feldern. Gern sind wir behilflich mit allen möglichen Informationen über Würzburg und die herrliche Umgebung.

Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .
