The house is located in the middle of the "Flusslandschaft Elbe" biosphere reserve on the edge of a small village, just a stone's throw from the river. Walks, bike rides, bird watching, picnics on the Elbe riverbank, a swimming lake, or a spa with a sauna area (8 km away). Large "lovingly overgrown" garden, completely fenced, with swimming pond, terrace, fire pit, deck chairs, etc. You live in a spacious 140 sqm space with a conservatory, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Our first apartment is located in the front half of the former cowshed. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area is supplemented by a single bed; in addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two (a total of 5 sleeping places). Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in the old stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Here in the Lenzerwische you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have the Elbe right in front of us. In summer, it invites you to swim or fish. In autumn and winter, it sometimes shows its power and lets the water level rise...Wildlife of all kinds are at home here, and a birdlife that will amaze you. Our Elbe Pearl is also so special because the Elbe Cycle Path runs right outside our door.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer... 

Natur & Sauna am Elbdeich – a modern home

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right outside the front door and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the middle of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off, and arrive.

The apartment has a large and cozy living area with an integrated kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. As an option for another sleeping place, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Two more mattress sleeping places are on the upper level. The bright and spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. A sunny seating area with a grill is available in the garden.
