Only 3 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes from Place d'Armes and its many bars, restaurants and the shopping center. The apartment is comfortable and well-kept in a fairly quiet area; you will appreciate its cozy atmosphere! The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.
