Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

It has 1 sleeping area, 1 shower room and is therefore ideal for holidays alone, as a couple, in family or with a good friend. Within walking distance you can reach the beach, train station and shops within 2-3 minutes.
