Access to public footpaths allow you entry into the beautiful woodlands and surrounds. Ideally situated: 6 miles from both Horsham and Haywards Heath. Only a 15 min drive to Gatwick Airport. We are also local to event venues including Slaugham Place, Cisswood, Hyde Estate, Brookfield Barn, Bolney Wine Estate, South Lodge.

White Oaks is situated next to Hickstead Showground, surrounded by country walks and with direct access onto the a23. A stunning detached new build with large private decking and lawn area. Just 20 minutes from Brighton and less than 20 minutes to Gatwick. 2 bedrooms (1 double and one twin plus small sofa bed if required). Family friendly holiday let perfect for a sussex country getaway or a business stay. We have a fab village shop opposite which stocks local produce and fabulous wine!

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport.

Our timber clad garden pod is up-market glamping, with a view to the Downs. Close to Brighton, approached down a farm track, with a walk across fields to the village. On sunny days, open up the folding sliding doors and enjoy a drink on the decking. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but not for cooking. That’s why it’s only available for a few magical days at a time. (The wood burner pictured is not in use.) There is WiFi
