Situated on the edge of Truro this 1 bed loft apartment is within a barn conversion complex, it is an open plan room above one of the detached outbuildings. Off street parking available. Within the grounds, a spring flows down to the valley and dogs can be exercised in the owners' fields. Truro is just a short 10 minute drive away and the loft is centrally located to explore the whole of Cornwall. It is excellently located for the hospital.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. The Smelting Works is in the centre of Truro, though quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the Town Centre which is just five minutes walk away. Train station a 5-10 minute walk away and close to all transport links.

The annexe is a lovely, modern, self contained property in a pleasant neighbourhood, bordering countryside but only a 5 minute drive toTruro City Centre. It is within five minutes level walk of Treliske Hospital and a short walk to the local shop and bus stops, which will take you around the county. Being centrally located in Cornwall, you are not far from either North or South coast, many attractions and beautiful beaches. You are minutes away from Truro Golf and tennis clubs.

Cosy house on a quiet estate in Truro

Well appointed, very comfortable, semi-detached house, perfectly located for exploring the beautiful county of Cornwall. Just want to chill out? There are books, DVDs and two smart TVs. Fancy creating your own tasty meals? There is a fully-equipped kitchen and dozens of cookery books. Note - I am currently not accepting bookings of less than one week. Also, a request to cut your stay short may be declined because of the difficulty of finding replacement guests at short notice.

You’ll love our cosy place because of the high standard, spectacular view of Truro city and cathedral and it's private balcony where you can enjoy a cocktail or two. It's walking distance (10-15 min) to the centre of town, restaurants pubs and train/bus stations. Breakfast cereals, fresh milk, fresh/instant coffee, tea, snacks, Netflix and Apple TV provided. Ideal accommodation for business travellers and couples.

The Lodge

A very light space during the day and a cosy retreat at night. It is 5/10 minute walk to the city centre with shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking . We will leave everything you will need to have an easy and enjoyable stay. We are located in a quiet private road. Just to advise, I do not charge a cleaning fee but the extra service fee you are charged is taken by bnb .
