The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

A self contained first floor studio apartment with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom located in the beautiful Painswick Valley. The studio is a attached to a large house and guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens and swimming pool when not in use by our family. It sleeps 4 (1 double and 1 sofa bed in the same room). Self catered- but can stock fridge in advance on request. Easy access to Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tetbury, Cirencester. Beautiful local walks and pubs.

Onsite guests have access to the indoor pool, steam, gymnasium as well as the heated outdoor pool, fishing lake, bike trails, tennis courts, football pitch, kayaks, table tennis, soft-play & playgrounds. The Cottage has a private fishing peg/wild swimming spot.

A large outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by lush greenery and mature trees. Two yellow deck chairs are positioned by the poolside, inviting relaxation. The pool features steps leading into the water, and sunlight reflects off the clear, inviting surface.

Beautiful Old Cotswold Cottage with shared pool

Honeysuckle cottage is on a quiet no-through lane in Fyfield, just outside Southrop, leading down to the River Leach from where there are numerous lovely walks, along the river, across farmland or through woodland from the doorstep. All walks can take in one of our lovely local pubs, which have roaring log fires and excellent food. Our local pub in Southrop is the The Swan, has a fantastic restaurant, lovely bar and is just a stagger away! In the Summer months, guests can also enjoy our pool

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
