The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Monkton Hotel is a registered landmark that sits on the NCR trail, which runs along the Gunpowder River, home for some of the best trout fly fishing in the country. This fully renovated apartment, themed the "Fisherman's Lodge", is on the second floor and has the latest amenities. Nothing in the area matches the charm, convenience and history. A yoga studio, bike and tube rental and great cafe are all in the same building.
