The house is thoroughly renovated with underfloor heating and open fireplace. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house where renovation has taken place with respect for the house, is therefore a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooking the city's beautiful and historic Abbey Church.

The apartment has its own entrance, a key box for easy check-in, an electric car charger and free access to a washing machine.
