Spacious newly renovated three bed gite with large pool, a very large enclosed garden and spectacular views over the Gironde estuary and their protected marshland all the way to the sea at Royan. The house is private, calm and to the inland side surrounded by Cognac vineyards. There is a BBQ and al fresco dining area which overlook the estuary. The garden is very large with both open grassy spaces and tranquil areas beneath mature trees. Restaurants and a supermarket are all within easy reach

We welcome you in a small stone outbuilding. A bedroom on an open mezzanine, bathroom/WC, a fully equipped kitchen. Cathedral living room with sofa bed and large fireplace. Hourtin Beach/Port, Carcans Beach, Maubuisson, and Lacanau Ocean. The house offers a beautiful bright living room, open to an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a bathroom and two toilets. The 2000 m2 garden is fenced.
