Ground floor accommodation with all amenities, shower room, toilet, 2 bedrooms. The 1st has a 140 double bed and a 90 bed. The 2nd 1 bed of 140 cm, possibility of an extra bed of 90 cm. Equipped kitchen, electric stove, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, fridge, washing machine... and lounge area with TV. Located near the vineyards and castles, 300 m from the estuary and 5 min from the city center.
