What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. Conveniently located within walking distance to chair 4. One block from day lodge parking lot. Comfortably sleeps four but can accommodate more. Queen in master bedroom. And twin over full in second bedroom. Couch in living room pulls out too. Great for one or two couples or small family. This is the lower unit of duplex. The upstairs unit is rented long term to Girdwood professionals. Have your own kitchen and put the kids in their own bedroom. There is a hot tub for your use.
