Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

In this large apartment, you have your own access and fantastic unobstructed views. In the middle of an interesting region and a short distance from the Chaamse forest. Large dog walking area in the woods around the corner. Many opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding and, a short distance from the Belgian border, and cities such as Breda and Tilburg. Antwerp is a short distance away. The apartment is also a place to complete a thesis or study in peace and with nature and city within reach.

🌳 Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Just outside Breda in the Brabant village of Bavel is our former farm with barn. The guest house is located in the barn, it is free, in the back of our property. The accommodation is decorated with great care, with as many sustainable materials as possible. Wood and concrete are the basis, the decor is a mix of old and new where comfort has also been thought of! This is how you sleep on lovely box-spring beds! We also have chickens in the garden, so you can get a fresh egg yourself every day!

Bed and breakfast "Villa Pats", is located in the beautiful village of Gilze, also popularly known as "Gils". Gilze is a small village in the middle of Brabant, with many places of interest. Gilze is located in a very wooded and quiet area. The cottage has its own entrance and private parking space. Gilze is located between the major cities of Tilburg and Breda and half an hour from Antwerp and Rotterdam. Amusement park "De Efteling" and Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" are also very close by.

By car, you can reach the Beekse Bergen Safari Park or the Efteling amusement park within 25 minutes. If you like to visit a museum, the Textile Museum or the Nature Museum in Tilburg is recommended. Breda is also easily accessible. The historic center offers many opportunities to enjoy.
