It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Una splendida vista mare mozzafiato sulla cala e sulle isole del Giglio e di Giannutri, vi accoglierà al vostro arrivo in una terrazza attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, divano con poltroncine e sdraio da esterno per passare i vostri momenti conviviali e di relax. La sera, sulla terrazza sotto le stelle, è un momento unico per godersi il mare ed il cielo splendido dell'Argentario. Ideale per una coppia con uno o massimo due bambini.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano (senza uso di ascensore) di un palazzo vicino al porto e vicino a tutti i servizi; è arioso e confortevole, adatto a soggiorni brevissimi ma anche prolungati. È un buon punto di partenza per raggiungere ogni luogo del paese a piedi, anche alcune spiagge. Vicinissimo l'imbarco per le isole di Giglio e Giannutri. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di parcheggiare a 5 euro al giorno nel grande parcheggio pubblico a due passi dall' appartamento

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

Grazioso appartamento con grandi spazi esterni per vivere al meglio le vostre vacanze estive. Ad un passo dal mare e fuori dal traffico del paese raggiungibile anche a piedi con pochi minuti di cammino da sotto le tre fresche gallerie pedonali. Tra una galleria e l’altra scoprirete delle piccole ma meravigliose spiagge di ciottoli con mare cristallino, alcune libere altre attrezzate. All’uscita dell’ultima galleria sarete a pochi passi dagli imbarchi per le isole vicine

The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the island. The kitchen is furnished with every tool (even too many). Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).
