The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

In the evening, on the terrace under the stars, it is a unique moment to enjoy the sea and the beautiful sky of the Argentario. Ideal for a couple with one or two children.

The sea view and the position capable of capturing any breeze make this small studio apartment pleasant and relaxing. A nest furnished with simplicity and warmth, an outdoor space where you are able to have a meal or let yourself dive into a good read. Time becomes a friend of the day, dictated only by the arrival of the ferry, by the sun that opens on the piers in the morning, and by the knoll overlooking the small port, which gives the first shadow of the island in the afternoon.

The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) of a building near the port and close to all amenities; it is airy and comfortable, suitable for very short stays but also extended ones. It's a good place to start to reach every part of the country on foot, even some beaches. Very close to the boarding point for the islands of Giglio and Giannutri. We offer our guests the possibility to park for 5 euros per day in the large public parking lot a stone's throw from the apartment

A stone's throw from the sea and out of the country traffic and can also be reached on foot with a few minutes walk from below the three cool pedestrian galleries. Between one gallery and the other you will discover small but wonderful pebble beaches with crystal clear sea, some free others equipped. At the exit of the last gallery you will be a short walk from the boarding to the nearby islands

La mia casa è situata in pieno centro storico e si affaccia sulla piazzetta della chiesa a due passi dal lungomare di Porto S. Stefano. La casa ha un ingresso indipendente ed è composta da cucina abitabile collegata all’ampio soggiorno, due camere e due bagni. Dispone anche di un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice e di un balcone. L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

This beautiful air conditioned apartment right on the Port of the island (the area with most restaurants and facilities) The house is only few steps from the ferryboat and bus stops, 20 meters from the sea. The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the island. The kitchen is furnished with every tool (even too many). Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).
