Argentario: overlooking the sea/establishment access

Although it is a house of about 140 square meters you will feel like living a holiday on a comfortable boat , you can dine on the beautiful terrace with the sun setting behind the island of Giglio or the Island of Elba depending on the season. Great for a family with 3 kids and maybe grandparents and a service person. With L rent you will have access to the private beach that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the same as the Hotel della Torre di Calapiccola. Magnificent even out of season with the fireplace lit.

Un delizioso e completissmo monolocale sulla bellissima spiaggia delle Cannelle. Per una strepitosa vacanza di coppia, con la possibilità di un ulteriore posto letto, ho piacere di ospitarvi a Giglio_White. Questo luogo è una vera perla: la vicinanza con la spiaggia, la tranquillità, la privacy, vari posti auto gratuiti adiacenti la casa, il giardino, la veranda con tavolo per mangiare sotto l'incomparabile cielo gigliese, lo scorcio sull'incantevole mare. Io sono Michelangelo e Voi i benvenuti!

Air condition and ceiling fan, mosquito nets. 1 parking space along the panoramic road next to the entrance gate of the property. Notice: 57 STEPS separate the entrance gate from the house! It's a special villa, a short walk from the harbor but secluded enough to feel far from the world. The large round window, like a porthole hanging on the water, transforms every moment into a trip. We called it "How to stay on the bow of a boat" because this is exactly the feeling that you feel looking from there: being part of the sea, in a timeless quiet.

This beautiful air conditioned apartment right on the Port of the island (the area with most restaurants and facilities) The house is only few steps from the ferryboat and bus stops, 20 meters from the sea. The location is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the island. The kitchen is furnished with every tool (even too many). Most mornings you can get fresh local fish directly from fishermen (2 mins walk from the house).
