All by foot : sand beach, shops, restaurants, walking path, harbor... 3 rooms. 40m2. 20m2 terrace. 100m2 privative garden & 2 parking places. Heated swimming pool until November 5 (10x4m) to share with the host. Air-conditioning. Controlled ventilation. High speed internet. 50" connected 4K TV with Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix...Option : additional parental suite.

Beautiful 2-bedroom air-conditioned apartment on the waterfront. One closed bedroom with 1 160 bed and one bedroom with 1 180 bed or 2 90 beds depending on the configuration requested. Terrace for outdoor dining with sea view. Barbecue in residence. Fiber Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower. Quiet residence. 1 free parking space. View of the Porquerolles Islands, Port Clos, Le Levant. Rental from Saturday to Saturday except outside school holidays. (Linens and towels are optional on request)

Maintained swimming pool and wooded garden, with an exceptional view of the sea and the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros...). 5 bedrooms, including 3 suites (sleeps 12). Parking for 3/4 cars, plus parking possible outside, in a private lane. Boat rentals, diving club and restaurant at Port du Niel within walking distance (5-min walk).

A spacious living area is displayed with large glass doors that open to reveal a stunning view of the water. A boat is seen floating in the bay, framed by lush greenery. The cozy seating includes a light-colored sofa and modern dining arrangements.

Located directly on the water, facing the bay of Almanarre, we offer you our house for a relaxing vacation or for a sporty stay. The beach, just a few steps away, offers many opportunities for water activities, such as swimming, diving, kitesurfing or windsurfing. Fantastic aperitifs and dinners on the terrace with the sunset! The charming Village of Giens is 2mn walk away.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, we have created with heart, a space combining comfort and authenticity, offering a beautiful experience a few steps from the water. You will be awakened by the gentle lapping of the waves, ready to enjoy a sunny day :) The +: direct access to the water at the bottom of the hut, which also allows a wingfoil departure!

Bright suite 50 m from the sea, terrace, parking

Charming renovated studio, ideally located on the port of Carqueiranne. Located 50 metres from the beaches, shops and restaurants. However, it remains very quiet, perfect for disconnecting and having everything around. It includes a bathroom / toilet, an equipped American kitchen, a double bed with memory foam mattress. Pets are allowed, but we ask you to respect the residence. Autonomous arrival possible depending on your feelings and your arrival times.

A true haven of peace for lovers of the sea, you won't take your eyes off it and can enjoy the sunrise on the Îles d'Or from your bed. Cozy and warm atmosphere, the apartment and its 27 m2 terrace are at the end of the residence for more privacy.

You have direct access to the sea and can contemplate, in the evening, a picture-postcard sunset. Inside, a cozy atmosphere and comfortable furnishings. It is an ideal starting point for discovering the peninsula and its surroundings (beaches, coves, coastal path, fishing ports, the Golden Islands...)."
