Beautiful 2-bedroom air-conditioned apartment on the waterfront. One closed bedroom with 1 160 bed and one bedroom with 1 180 bed or 2 90 beds depending on the configuration requested. Terrace for outdoor dining with sea view. Barbecue in residence. Fiber Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower. Quiet residence. 1 free parking space. View of the Porquerolles Islands, Port Clos, Le Levant. Rental from Saturday to Saturday except outside school holidays. (Linens and towels are optional on request)

Located directly on the water, facing the bay of Almanarre, we offer you our house for a relaxing vacation or for a sporty stay. The beach, just a few steps away, offers many opportunities for water activities, such as swimming, diving, kitesurfing or windsurfing. Fantastic aperitifs and dinners on the terrace with the sunset! The charming Village of Giens is 2mn walk away.

Bright suite 50 m from the sea, terrace, parking

Charming renovated studio, ideally located on the port of Carqueiranne. Located 50 metres from the beaches, shops and restaurants. However, it remains very quiet, perfect for disconnecting and having everything around. It includes a bathroom / toilet, an equipped American kitchen, a double bed with memory foam mattress. Pets are allowed, but we ask you to respect the residence. Autonomous arrival possible depending on your feelings and your arrival times.

For those who love small timeless Mediterranean gems, this preserved place has remained authentic due to its geographical location. You will have access to a mooring buoy for boats under 7 m. Old hut where I spent my childhood, completely redesigned for my loved ones. Nestled facing the sea, in its exceptional plant privacy, enjoy the sweetness of the sea view, as well as its beach (supervised in summer), by a private access in 1 minute walk.

Studio 30 meters from La Bergerie Beach

My place ( redone in 2023) is close to the beach(30 meters),a supermarket, beach equipment, bakery, family-friendly activities, sailing,windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, jet skiing. You will also like the Almanarre beach 5 minutes away (kite surfing) For information, given the high demand, during the summer period (July and August) only stays of seven days minimum can be validated and only from Saturday to Saturday.

A cozy seating area is presented with woven chairs and soft cushions, providing a view of the sparkling sea through expansive glass doors. The light wood deck extends outdoors, connecting the interior with the serene waterfront, where boats can be seen in the distance.

You have direct access to the sea and can contemplate, in the evening, a picture-postcard sunset. Inside, a cozy atmosphere and comfortable furnishings. It is an ideal starting point for discovering the peninsula and its surroundings (beaches, coves, coastal path, fishing ports, the Golden Islands...)."
