The apartment is centrally located in the spa town of Gersfeld. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc. can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The apartment is an independent accommodation in the annex of our main house (with separate entrance). So, you have your peace but if you have any questions, we are close by. Equipped with a kitchen-living room, cozy bedrooms and a bathroom, there is everything you need on vacation. The kitchen-living room is one floor above the bedroom and can only be reached via stairs. Looking forward to it!

HADERWALD vacation home

Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

The chalet, newly built in 2022 from wood with approx. 100 sqm of living space on 2 levels (first floor & attic), founded on the sandstone foundation of a former farmhouse with adjoining barn, 3 parking spaces and an approx. 70 sqm wrap-around terrace, is second to none. An unobstructed view of nature at the upper edge of the village of Gersfeld OT Sandberg on a south slope at about 600 m above sea level invites you to linger. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, it can accommodate up to 8 discerning guests.

You will find our 2 vacation apartments on the 2nd floor of the main house of a former farm in Rengersfeld, a small district of Gersfeld. It's green and quiet here. The apartments are high-quality and lovingly furnished. Both apartments share a very large balcony, which is separated by green plants. In the afternoon sun, you can let the day come to a wonderful end with a view of the beautiful nature. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, and it's all good quality.

The apartment "Igelbau" is very rustic with lots of wood. Floors and walls have been freshly renovated. From the living room you have great views of the Rhön. The cottage was newly renovated & stylishly furnished in 2022 and is located in the middle of the Haselbach holiday park. On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.

An individually furnished apartment awaits you in a house directly on the landscape conservation area. The apartment has its own garden area and you can enjoy the tranquility of this accommodation here. Rhön hiking trails lead directly past the house, on adjacent meadows horses and cattle graze in summer. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk to the train station and good restaurants and cafes in downtown Gersfeld or to the Gersfeld swimming pool.
