A lovely two bedroom Victorian terraced property, with riverside walks & cycle rides on the doorstep, plenty of amenities close by and a pleasant 15 to 20 minute walk by the river into York centre. My home offers bright, modern & comfortable accommodation comprising; entrance hall, living room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms & spacious bathroom. There is a pretty courtyard garden to the rear, laundry, WiFi & free on-street permit parking for one car.

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!
