Das kleine, aber feine Schlafzimmer sorgt für eine Atmosphäre der Ruhe und des Wohlbefindens. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich lädt zu genussvollen Stunden ein. Man findet dort alles, was man braucht, um lecker zu kochen und es sich bequem zu machen. Es besteht die Wahl zwischen Badewanne und Dusche. Die Anbindung zum Zentrum ist gut. Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die großzügige Terrasse mit Kugelgrill, Hängesessel und Sitzgarnitur lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ein Sprung in den 1.5m tiefen, beheizten Infinity-Pool für Erfrischung zwischen durch sorgt (Poolnutzung Mai-Sept). Das Anwesen befindet sich in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage - fußläufig zum neuen Stadtteil Hubland mit Uni-Campus.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
