Leider ist die Momentane Internetverbindung noch nicht stabil, was zwischenzeitlich beim Tv zu Stockungen führen kann Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein Stand Lüfter.

I'm happy to offer you my newly renovated apartment (60m², private parking spot, large terrace). The apartment is located at the Zeppelinstreet in the quiet mansion district of Gummersbach. 3min to the city centre (where you can find shopping possibilities, restaurants, cinemas and bars) by foot, 2 min away from the nature and 5 min to the highway (Cologne aprox. 25 min "Köln fare visitor" by car). The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

Welcome to our cozy granny apartment. Spend a few nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes' walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop, etc. The beautiful Oberbergisches Land invites you to hike and bike. Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round.
