The residence is centrally located with a supermarket, breakfast places, and a restaurant within walking distance. There are various hiking trails and cycling routes, cycling through the trees and in the water. Bikes can be stored in a closed space.

Within walking distance you will find (take-away) restaurants, cafes, department stores, bakery... National parks Hoge Kempen and Bosland are 15 km away. This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Best location in the center of the city. On the inside of the small ring and yet quietly located at the Leopold park. 50m from the Century de place to be with its large ( heated) terraces. The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the station. Grote Markt is only 1 minute walk through the King Albert street. ( the shopping street) We offer free fitness day pass at I fitness in the TT district a 5-min. walk.
