High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Netflix), read a book or play a game at the table. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (120 x 210 cm). Unfortunately, there is no garden, but there is beautiful nature nearby.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.
