Unique turn-of-the-century house with sea view with 50 meters to sandy beach at shallow swimming bay. Centrally located in the fishing village of Bönan just outside Gävle with proximity to cafe, restuarants and fish smokery. Sunny, large garden plot with room for play and socializing. Balconies in several weather, balcony and porch facing the water. Simple standard with well-preserved turn-of-the-century charm. Beautiful nature, coastal trail, forest and bike paths. Golf courses and grocery store about 8 km. Bus to/from cetrum just outside the door.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Spacious, cozy apartment, about 80 sqm, with its own entrance and a cozy little patio with the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museums. It is a ten-minute walk to both the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

Welcome to Grindstugan in Högbo. This small newly renovated house is located in a rural area just 2 km south of Högbo Bruk in Sandviken. Högbo offers a variety of activities such as cross-country ski trails, paddle courts, MTB, canoe, bathing area, café and restaurant. To the center of Sandviken you have barely 5 km. Here you will find shopping, grocery stores, popular adventure bath Parkbadet, Göransson arena and several restaurants. Grindstugan is also only a 30-minute drive from Kungsberget Ski Resort.

The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Lungt and peaceful location in Mårdäng, 15 minutes by car to Gävle city center. The guest house is located on the same property as the main building where the owner lives. Private kitchen as well as the bathroom. Check in after 3 p.m. Check out before 11am Guests clean the home on departure, alternatively cleaning can be added as an option of 850kr.

Unique opportunity! Stay in Old Gefle, centrally located in town!

Our home is a beautiful town house with a small private garden. It´s situated in the Old Town (Gamla Gefle). The house have been a star of the TV-show 'Who lives here' Vem Bor Här Here are cobbled streets with patterns partly from the Middle Ages. Many of the houses are from the 18th century. Nearby you can choose from more than twenty restaurants.
