Centrally located in the fishing village of Bönan just outside Gävle with proximity to cafe, restuarants and fish smokery. Sunny, large garden plot with room for play and socializing. Golf courses and grocery store about 8 km. Bus to/from cetrum just outside the door.

Adjacent to the area are illuminated illuminated tracks, walking distance to two larger beaches, restaurant and to the golf course (pay & play). If the ice allows, there is a plowed skating rink on the lake. Welcome to this cozy house in a private location just outside Årsunda. The nearest neighbors are the cows and the forest is behind the corner. Large garden with terrace and barbecue possibilities. 5.5 km to Strandbaden and central Årsunda where there are nice swimming opportunities, grocery store and restaurant. There are a total of 6 beds, can be expanded with another if needed. Bedlinen and towels are offered at a cost. The guest is responsible for laundry and cleaning during their stay. The house is left cleaned.

Welcome to Grindstugan in Högbo. This small newly renovated house is located in a rural area just 2 km south of Högbo Bruk in Sandviken. Högbo offers a variety of activities such as cross-country ski trails, paddle courts, MTB, canoe, bathing area, café and restaurant. To the center of Sandviken you have barely 5 km. Here you will find shopping, grocery stores, popular adventure bath Parkbadet, Göransson arena and several restaurants. Grindstugan is also only a 30-minute drive from Kungsberget Ski Resort.

Cozy and nice brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The small cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down.

På terrassen utanför stugan finns det bord & stolar 🙌 Boendet består av två stugor: en fullutrustad stuga med en 180 cm dubbelsäng & en 130 cm bäddsoffa & en till liten stuga bredvid med två 90cm sängar (denna saknar rinnande vatten 💦) Obs! Denna bostad passar inte familjer med barn under 10 år!

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Lovely villa by the sea

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Perfect location next to quiet seaside bay and proximity to wonderful hiking trails and nice restaurants, only 15 minutes from Gävle city center. Large plot with lovely fruit trees and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The big house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The small cabin has 2 extra beds. For the golf enthusiast, it's close to Gävle Golf Club.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Watch the sun rise from the ocean right from the bed. Look out over the horizon and light a fire. The house is located directly on the beach, close to forest and walking paths. Proximity to several ski tracks in winter time. 45 min to Kungsberget. Walking distance to Furuviksparken during the summer. The house is converted in 2022 and in good condition. The view magical.
