Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Small newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in rural and close to nature, only 1 km from E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and completely close to cozy walking paths in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 1 mile away is Hörsångs havsbad. Norabygden also offers gems such as Rödhällorna,Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten fäbovall and magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, the High Coast Trail also runs.

A mile from the Höga Kusten bridge is this cozy house by the bridge of the small Sandöbron. The house is located high with a view of the Ångermanälven river. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights found in the High Coast area. A lovely glassed-in porch where you can sit and blend in the bravades of the day. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. A travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Berghamn is a pearl because of the beutiful landscape, the old little fishing harbour, the fishermans chappel from 1750, but above all, the seclusion. In the bay you will find a great sand beach with a shallow sea. The place offers a magnificent view over the Bottnia sea.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
