You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. A modern Two bedroom oasis with wonderful outdoor space for socialising and relaxing and comfortable interior. Lovely walks close by and a short drive from the coast. The village boasts a pub, village store and post office, farm shop and butchers. With an impressive and rare village green with children's play area. Private parking. bus and trains run regularly from coast to city where there is a huge range of entertainment and attractions.

It is just a short stroll to the local pub, shop, well stocked farm shop as well as a locally renowned butchers. Excellent rail and bus links offer easy access to the Yorkshire coast and the vibrant market towns of Driffield (5 min) & Beverley (<10 min). The Hayloft provides self catering holiday cottage accommodation fitted out to a high standard. The property is located in the pretty little village of Bainton situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds close to many tourist destinations such as Beverley, Hull, York and the east coast. The cottage has a private gravelled garden area with outdoor furniture, set within one acre of private land and includes off road parking. We welcome two well behaved dogs but they must not be left unattended.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

A charming bedside table is positioned next to a spacious bed, featuring an antique scale as a unique lamp. The textured sandstone wall provides a warm backdrop, complementing the soft hues of the furniture and bedding.

At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station and bus station are close by. The Accommodation is upstairs with its own private entrance, no lift. Small outdoor seating area in pretty courtyard. Super king bed or 2 single beds. Free on-site parking.

Welcome to “Pear Cottage”. Walk in through the front door to find a characterful cottage located just a short walk to Skipsea and ten minutes drive to Hornsea town center. Pop the kettle on & make your way to the secluded tranquil rear garden and enjoy the sounds of the countryside. Take in the sunset at what is said to be the sunniest spot in Skipsea before getting cosy in front of the wood burning fire for the night. Wake up being spoilt for choice with many dog friendly beaches nearby.
