Stunning Royal Richmond 2 Br Apartment Get Away!

Beautifully renovated large 2 bedroom apartment in historic Richmond ME. Pack a picnic and take the ferry over to explore stunning Swan Island located right down the street. Excellent spot to put in for paddle boarders and canoes alike as well. After a day of fun saddle up for a pint at The Old Goat pub downtown. Kimberly's Restaurant and Lounge as well as Annabella's Bakery & Cafe are delicious local spots as well. Located 45 min from Portland and 45 min from Rockland our place is perfect

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

We accept Service dogs and will consider family dogs and other pets on a case-by-case; please ask. Owners reside on property in separate building. Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located efficiency apartment above our garage. 15 minutes to Gardiner/Augusta, 15 minutes to I95/295. Less than one hour from Portland. Sit by the stream, listen to the loons or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. If you want to kayak, you can do that too! Eagles regularly soar overhead. Queen size bed, love seat and room enough for a pack and play. A/C, full kitchen, Keurig, microwave, toaster, dishes. Wifi and cable. Roomy parking.
