The apartment has street parking with a guard at night, allowing you the opportunity to rent a car and have secure parking. Car rental options in Tape Town are ample. rental can be from airport or City Centre. Spacious Garden Apartment with View of Table Mountain

Go for a refreshing dip in a turquoise pool and relax in the garden under lush greenery. The tropical feel continues inside with hanging plants, original art, and casual furniture. This bright, breezy apartment is well ventilated and serviced daily. The space was purpose designed for Guests with simplicity and comfort in mind. The interior style is unique in that it combines Scandinavian and Dutch design influences with unique South African design products and furniture. The space is uncluttered yet personable and homely with creative interior and design touches throughout. Exceptionally spacious, the apartment is ideal for longer stay guest and people with families or babies. The garden and grounds are at full disposal of guests and the tranquil setting against the backdrop of Table mountain makes this a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis by a dedicated housekeeper who's responsibility it is to look after our guests. Guests have full access to the garden apartment on garden level, the pool and braai facilities. Laundry facilities are at an additional cost and do not have direct guest access. The housekeeper can arrange for washing, ironing or dry cleaning at an additional cost. Guests are welcomed and checked-in personally by myself or the Housekeeper, Fiona. I usually try to make contact at least once during the guests stay, but otherwise we give the guests their space and privacy until they need us. The apartment is serviced on a daily basis, so the guests will have daily interaction with the housekeeper to attend to any needs. I will be on standby if the guests require my advice, help or assistance. Oranjezicht, on the slopes of Table Mountain, is the oldest most historic neighbourhood of Cape Town. It boasts spectacular views of the mountain and ocean. Nature is literally on the doorstep. The apartment is also close to the city centre. The MyCity bus system is Cape Town's main form public transport in and around the city. There is a MyCity busstop 100 meters from the house. The Uber Taxi service is also very efficient, affordable and easy to use. Many tourist sites or attractions in the City are within walking distance of the property. The property is on 2 levels. The apartment and garden is on the "downstairs" level of the property and the garden and pool area is shared space on that level. There is a 3 bedroom house on the top level, also rented to guests at certain times of the year.

Imagine having a cup of coffee in bed, watching the day break over Lion’s Head. Or enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set behind Table Mountain. Stroll down Kloof Street towards the uber trendy Bree Street for some local shopping and a great variety of the best restaurants & bars in Cape Town. All within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment is located in a street with great bars, restaurants and café’s which makes it great to explore the city by foot. It’s very quiet and has spectacular views of Table Mountain & Lion’s Head (from your bed). We have been living in Cape Town for more than 10 years and would love to share a list of our favourite shops, restaurants, bars and café’s.Ciska also does private, customized day-trips (up to 4 persons). It could be a trip around the Cape Peninsula, Winelands or City & Township tours. Please inquire well in advance. This central neighbourhood has a trendy, vibrant air to it, and the street is full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's close to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Company Gardens, Camps Bay, and many other points of interest. Uber taxi’s are often lined up outside the apartment - so you really don’t need a rental car. But if you have a car there is off street parking. For a stay longer than 7 nights we request that you make use of our cleaning lady’s services and pay her R350 in cash to do a basic clean of the apartment. This central neighbourhood has a trendy, vibrant air to it, and the street is full of great restaurants, cafes, and bars. It's next to the Lifestyle on Kloof Centre with a Woolworths, gym & yoga studio and very close to the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Company Gardens, Camps Bay, and many other points of interest.

Stunning Poolside Flatlet Close to Table Mountain & CBD

The house is a newly renovated 3 story building (renovations were completed by the end October 2017) - of which the bottom floor & swimming pool area will be available for guests to use, as well as sundowner deck with spectacular views over Table mountain, Lions head, Signal hill and Table Bay Harbour. The flatlet doors opens up onto a beautiful pool - the pool area is surrounded by huge trees, therefor protected against Cape Town's summer winds. Plenty of secure parking available inside the property. Guests will have a separate entrance, via personal gate remote. I’m available via telephone, email or WhatsApp. If not, Ashton (we call him the estate manager) will be reachable via telephone, email or WhatsApp - he also lives on the property and can assist with any requests. The apartment is in Higgovale, a small, wealthy community in City Bowl of Cape Town. It’s within walking distance of top restaurants and shops, and only a 5-minute drive to Lion's Head and Signal Hill. Uber is easily available, as well as easy access to myCiti busses. Currently we have two Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies at the house, the male Cairo was born in May 2017 and the bitch Cami (for Camino) was born in April 2018. So please drive slowly when you enter the gate, they will come say hello! Both very friendly and not aggressive at all.
