I would say this, CT city Centre is like no other city in Africa, it is very clean and very safe. My wife is Spanish I am English and we have made Cape Town our home for these past 10 years, we can safely say that so long as you excersize the same common sense and caution that you would when visiting a City anywhere in the world you will have a very safe and very fun time in the Mother City.

Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. Our daughter Kaamilah and her husband Ebraheem lives in one home, and we in the other. We have hosted in excess of 515 english language students and tourists, from 30 different countries, since 2015. 2,5km to V&A Waterfront walking distance to the CBD. Can host a max of 19 guests. Guests also have full use of the gourmet kitchen, breakfast room and 2 large decks. The Southern deck overlooks the large 2 acre indigenous garden + 2 pools, having views towards Hout Bay and wrap around mountain views.
