This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Apartment 't Achterdijkje

't Achterdijkje is a centrally located apartment in the authentic fishing village of 'Makkum'. The view of the sea dike and the masts of the ships in the harbor makes it the perfect location for rest and relaxation. From the front door, you can walk up the dike and have a view of the IJsselmeer and the port of Makkum. Fancy more life in the brewery? At about 200 meters is the center of Makkum and at about 2.5 km the beach with restaurants, shops and a top location for windsurfing!

Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

This little house has two sides to it. On the breakfast side, you sit very peacefully looking out over the meadows. With a bit of luck, the cows will walk past on the road towards the pasture. On the other side of the house, you are situated on the well-known Elfstedentocht route. It's a bit livelier here. Boats, cyclists, and many tours following the famous Eleven Cities route. The sun circles the house, which means it has a wonderfully sunny garden at any time of the day.

Aldehoeve: Holiday apartment 'ien' for max. 6p

Aldehoeve is a characteristic Frisian farm from 1860, just a 5-minute walk from the old city center of Workum and close to the IJsselmeer. The farm has three spacious apartments: Aldehoeve Ien, Twa and Trije. Ien is very spacious with a surface of over 200 m² and can accommodate 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen. The kitchen gives access to the large terrace, where you can eat/BBQ outside at your own private terrace.

In 2022, we built our vacation home in this unique location and it has all the comforts! Whether you are cooking together in the luxury kitchen or hanging out on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove, you will notice the intimate atmosphere and the beautiful light everywhere. The house is located directly on open water and has a large veranda. With the village and beach within cycling distance, this is a wonderful place to recharge.

This beautiful building has been completely restored in 2024/2025. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is located in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are in walking distance . One of the most beautiful city squares of Friesland "De Merk" just a stone's throw away. The studio with panoramic views over the countryside is located behind the house on the Merk and in the middle of the center near one of the most beautiful squares in Friesland.
