Sie befindet sich im Steinseehaus, einem langem alten Backsteinbau auf einem Grundstück von 6000 qm, direkt am See. Auf unserem großen Grundstück gibt es jede Menge Platz zum entspannen, mit einer kleinen Faß-Sauna (min 15€ pro Anheizen Spende für das Holz), großem Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Feuerstelle, Hollywoodschaukel am See und natürlich Platz zum draußen Essen und Grillen.

Das Holzhaus liegt direkt gegenüber der alten Heilanstalt, nur etwa 50-100 Meter von der Badestelle am klaren Zenssee entfernt. Jede der beiden Einheiten des Doppelhauses bietet auf zwei Etagen ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer), einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse mit einem kleinem Garten. Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Schuppen untergestellt werden. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei/Metzgerei sowie einen Kanuverleih.
