New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

The glamping tent is spacious and stylishly decorated with comfortable beds, soft bedspreads and a cozy atmosphere. Charming shed trailer uniquely located on scenic grounds with panoramic views over Lake Ollerup. The shed is cozily decorated with a good 140 cm bed, table and chairs. The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water tank. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.

The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.
