Villa du Marmot is located on the first heights of the village of Plancherine halfway between the top of the Col de Tamié and the city of Albertville (less than 7 minutes by car). The villa is a 67 m² 4-star rated furnished tourist accommodation. It offers a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, laundry room and 2 toilets. Guests will appreciate the views of the surrounding mountains from the house as well as from the private outdoor Jacuzzi. The back yard is fully fenced.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Small quiet independent studio on the ground floor (near Albertville). Folding bed + sofa. Please note, the sofa is integrated into the folding bed, so it is not a 2nd bed!!! Parking, bike and ski storage. Possibility of loan of sheets and towels for €10/week. Choice of cleaning: you do it (products, equipment available) or €10 if done by the host. Enclosed land, garden access, garden furniture. No pets allowed. Shops and various activities nearby.

Enjoy a comfortable stay, 200 m from Albertville train station and close to the city center. Fully equipped, freshly renovated, 60 m2. A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.

Charming studio on the ground floor of a Savoyard house. The listing is located in a dead end with little traffic. The sunny terrace faces south, overlooking the large garden of the house.
