We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. Neuruppin is a beautiful city in every season that has a lot to offer. Whether romantic walks, water sports or pub evenings... You live in the middle of the historic old town and walk only 1 minute to the beautiful lake promenade and 5 minutes to the center, with market place, cafes and shops. Restaurants, cafés, pubs, bathing areas and the spa are within walking distance. In addition, you can book 1 or 2 standups, if currently available.

The furnishings are comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. You have a small enclosed garden. You could also camp there. Everything Brandenburg has to offer is right outside the front door. Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Unique, quiet studio, great location!

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.
