A super luxury apartment in the coolest location.

It’s my dream apartment . More than a 100 meter of a clean top DANISH design. we used High standards materials , local craftsman and furnitures made locally. All the equipment and electric machines are of high quality. Special Local art completes the picture. The apartment is quiet on one hand and on the other hand very close to the water canal , open markets and restaurants. Using the kitchen, the jacuzzi or relaxing on the sofa or on the green porch I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

A bright and cozy apartment featuring a lovely garden perfect for relaxation. The interior is minimalist and welcoming, with parquet flooring throughout and a modern kitchen equipped with all essentials. The bedroom with a comfortable bed. Outside, two friendly outdoor cats, Manfred and Hildegard, call the garden home and would be happy to be fed by guests. Please note, due to the presence of the cats, the apartment is not suitable for people with allergies.

This is our beloved lemon tree room with more than 400 reviews, but with private bathroom and none else in the apartment, because we will be traveling. It’s a clean, cozy and spacious room (23m2) with a king size bed, fridge and fan in a typical Berliner Altbau, next to the East Side Gallery and between Berlin’s trendiest hoods: Mitte, Kreuzberg and F-hain, but in a quiet area. The bathroom is in front of the room. There is no kitchen.

Located on a peaceful street but just minutes from U8 and U7, and close to Boddinstraße, Reuterkiez, and Sonnenallee full of bars, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and flea markets. The apartment is quiet, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect space to relax after exploring the city. Ideal for anyone who wants both tranquility and vibrant city life.

We rent out our quiet 4-room 120 sqm old building loft in City West when we are not at home. A few minutes from Ku'damm and Zoological Garden. The open kitchen-living room and large living room offer plenty of space for a relaxing stay. A cozy bedroom with a comfortable 1.80 m wide bed, a (children's) room with a 1.60 m bed. There is also a children's bed/baby crib.
